This Friday, the new album Dua Saleh Of Earth & Wires arrives via the renowned label Ghostly International. This work serves as a spiritual successor to the 2024 debut „I SHOULD CALL THEM,“ which received widespread critical acclaim. Saleh creates sonic worlds that skillfully deconstruct indie, R&B, and electronic pop while honoring deep cultural roots. Sudanese folk music influences blend seamlessly with modern UK dance rhythms and Baile Funk throughout the record. The album Dua Saleh Of Earth & Wires follows two queer lovers through a post-apocalyptic scenery marked by natural disasters and conflict. Saleh masterfully combines ambitious production with sharp, precise lyrics to tell this urgent story.
